You are right and it see4ms that both of us were wrong.
Looking at the numbers again they make sense in the folowing way:
The first column is the rating
The second column is the number of games
the third column is the number of wins
the 4th column is the number of draws
the 5th column is the number of losses
the 6th column is the number of points wins+draws/2
the 7th column is the average rating of the opponents
the 8th column is the number of % of the program
(for example Crafty17.14 got 89.3% against average rating of 2207)

There is no column for the error bars
