I think the rules are simply ridiculous. DF can't add but ten moves to its book between rounds. A human can add a dozen _games_ to his book between rounds. Apparently he will receive the actual program _and_ opening book that will be used for the match. I doubt he will tell the DF guys what openings _he_ intends on playing, and what strategy _he_ is going to follow. It is a farce, from one end to the other.
