We have never given out an email address, street address, or phone number of any customer or member we have EVER had. >Case in point; I received Junk E-mail from the German programmer Ed >Schroder today trying to get me to buy his crappy DOS Rebel 9 program. >I think this proves the selfish and self centered nature of Schroder and >his departure as moderator a very good thing. **** Ed apparently was using his own mailing list, and I do not believe that that can or should be be construed as being self-centered or selfish for doing so. >This would certainly involve the CCC moderator candidate from Israeli, >programmer Amir Ban who is this author of Junior. It is will remain the property of ICD/Your Move Chess & Games. The same goes for our Computer Chess Reports list and our customer list. That has been our policy for 20 years, and it is not about to change. >The nominations are fixed, I tell you, I nominated MARK YOUNG and yet >his name is not on the list. WHY!!! **** If you nominated Mark Young and he was not included on the ballot, that is 100% my fault. In order to make sure that that did not happen, I read every post with the correct subject heading and printed them all out. Then, before we put up the ballot, I posted about three times to the entire group that the following people were nominated and if I left anyone off or if there were any additional nominations or if someone wished to decline, they should let me know. Several responses came back to me but none from you or Mark. I also made several posts listing the nominees and requests that they give information about themselves. I never received any email nor was there any post indicating that Mark was left off. I certainly would not leave him off the ballot intentionally. Mark, do you recall seeing yourself nominated by Sean? Once again, direct the fault at me (if there was fault); the entire process was handled by me with no help from any founder or moderator. Sean, if you could look through the archives and retreive the post that you made, I would be grateful. >The only person on the list currently PURE enough to do this job is >Thorsten Czub. God bless him for volunteering to clean up this polluted >Newgroup. The last moderators screwed it up big time!!! **** If you think that Thorsten is the man, then you should vote for him. The ballot is open until 3 P.M. on Monday (New York time). >Wishing you all the best, > >The Apostle Sean **** Same here, - Just Plain Steve
