Maybe it also includes people who have submitted on a form on the Rebel web site as well. I highly doubt that it includes the CCC roster. I have never met Ed in person, but I think he's a pretty nice guy. I have beta-tested Rebel 8 and Rebel 9 for him, and I wouldn't have done so for either if I thought his company acted in an irresponsible manner in this or some other regard. NB: I do get quite irritated when I receive unsolicited bulk email. I did receive the same email from Ed, but I am sure that if I asked him not to send it to me then he wouldn't. (In this case the email does not bother me, frankly I get more email from the CCC than I would like! :-) This is much different from the spammers who say "oh, this person asked to be ahem, removed (wink wink nudge nudge)"...
