Good post. I too feel bad that such excellent engines of just a few years ago as WChess, Genius, MChess, and Zarkov, are almost NEVER mentioned here or included in any of the competitions. The great work done by Kittinger, Lang, Hirsch, and Stanback should not be lost to the 21st century.
