For a profesional programmer, it is not a an easy decision to let somebody
outside the team operate.
-How do you know if the operator is competent enough?
-How to trust that the operator is not going to interfere?
-And the most important, which book do you send the operator? A mediocre book is
a disadvantage, and I think profesional programmers want to win. Sending a real
book to a non team member is a HUGE risk, as he could give it to third- and
fourth-parties.
