Given the composition of the current commercial scene, which seems very team oriented either by business, development or both, I don't think your concerns are very likely to influence the decision. There should be enough trustworthy people around. The only requirement that could cause concern in an event like this one is ICS experience. But not exactly an unsolvable problem IMHO.
