In case of certain Photoshop filters, yes. But not in general. In general I'd
say  a G3 roughly equals a P3 with +150Mhz, in case of a G4 maybe a P3 with
+250Mhz.

Since this is more than unlikely (IMO, YMMV), I won't speculate about that. :)
