In the contrary, the question about slow processors is extremely interesting.

You seem to ignore that most processors in the world are not faster than 16MHz.

Do you have a cellphone? Do you have a Palm?

They are cheap and they are everywhere. The question about the maximum elo we
will ever get on them is HOT.

(note that there is in theory no maximum limit, but that's only theory)
