Factual errors are likely a matter of definition.  If I call something "pruning"
and yet it does not go along with mainstream thought, it may just be a matter of
terms.  I think factual errors are not a reason to censor a post -- but you
might do something like this:

[The term "pruning" is used in an unusual way in this post -- Moderator]

Censoring should be used in cases like these:
1.  Personal attacks
2.  Bad language
3.  Completely off-topic
4.  Idiotic posts such as quoting a 400 line message and adding "me too" at the
bottom as your only remark.

Surely, moderation is a judgement call.  But it is also possible that the
moderators are the ones with the wrong "correct" definition at times.  So for
factual errors, I would simply make a note like the one above.
