Shredder has had a very brief visit to the top of the SSDF.  It seems that
Fritz 7 is already somewhat better.

But in any case, for the instant in time when the SSDF list was published,
you would be correct that it would be reasonable to say "it is the best."  But
a month later, no.  New versions of other commercial engines come along
regularly to cloud the issue...
