Bob, Shredder won the WC and is at the top of the SSDF:

1 Shredder 6.0 256MB Athlon 1200 MHz  2715
2 Chess Tiger 14.0 CB 256MB Athlon 1200  2712
3 Deep Fritz 256MB Athlon 1200 MHz  2708


Therefore, based on the facts Shredder is the world's best program.  When
somebody comes along and tops Shredder, then it is different.  Until that time
we have to review the facts we have, not an assertion made by the owner of a
third party product.
