This doesn't wash.  GMs prepare for opponents between tournaments, not just 15
minutes before the next round.  During a tournament, a GM might boot up a chess
database program to quickly scan a few recent games of the player they are
paired against, but the real preparation is done long before they are at the
tournament hall.
