By bailing out of organizing this event, you are falling in with the goals of
your email tormentors. Instead of this capitulation which rewards their methods,
you should exercise a feature of your browser that blocks the sender from
sending emails to you.

Its clear you have allowed whoever these guys are to push one of your emotional
buttons that causes you to percieve a small problem as a big one. Snap out of
it! Such characters will in time tend to undermine themselves. Just be patient
and proceed with your original intention.
