Vincent is a whacky dude, and when I got mail from him warning that something
weird was going on here, I thought, wow, Vincent is being a whacky dude.

Today I saw the specific contentions and I was unable to check them out. It was
kind of scary listening to the executive director of the Edmonton Food Bank tell
me that she didn't know who Peter Skinner was.

I still think that Vincent is a whacky dude, but sometimes he figures this out,
and this might be one of those times.

I've known Vincent for years, by the way, and he's never struck me as being in
any way anti-American.

I don't think this is European versus American.
