The manual is in error. The complete directions on how to do this are in the
ReadMe, specifically in the last item in the "Late Breaking Changes to the
Documentation" section.

You could try simple sounds instead, if you are unable to get the custom sounds
to work. But nobody else has reported any quivering problems.
