They can do other mistakes and Kramnik with the program can take advantage of
them.

Shredder6 lost against smirin at faster time control against a king attack and
had no idea how to play.

Shredder6 did not use the right book(it used Junior's book) but shredder played
bad after book and the point is that every program seems to be stupid in the
right positions.
