I realize that Mark has been involved in a dispute with you recently over Fritz 5, but his comment just indicated that he did not see it on the server. In December when the posts about the new version were posted, I did not see them, or perhaps it was referred to as the Paris version which is what version 284 was called, and I thought that I had it. Therefore, you have also called me stupid for not downloading it when it was mentioned in rgcc. I think you would be doing a far greater service to the program you like so much, if you would give reasoned replies to those that ask non-inflammatory questions. Even if they ask deliberately provocative questions, a quiet answer would have a better effect. If you prefer, give no answer. But, you only hurt yourself with these type of responses. Please realize that I am not trying to attack you with this, just to help you make your point about CSTal being a good program in a more effective manner, since I also like this program. I hope that the statement that Chris will not be releasing the program due to criticism is just a result of your frustration, and is not a final decision. kp
