i was referring to him saying that he thinks it is not NICE to behave towards
customers. When we want to delete an upgrade version for free, we do it.
and if we have reasons to do so, this is even better.
but nobody can force us or even matthias wuellenweber to do what HE wants.
customers and companies have an agreement. I give you the money, you give me the
product.
Thats all.

no further rights. not further stuff.
if somebody gets something for free, he has not increased his rights.
he cannot complain. because nobody forces him to download.

it is unbelievable. the customer is not the slave of the company and vice versa
the company is not the slave of the customer. it is the same in a relationship
between employee and employer. The boss has no extra rights. they have made a
contract, and he cannot force any other rigth than that work that was defined in
the contract. if he tries, i go and change the job and send my lawyers to get
money from him.

I have always supported matthias in the fritz-patch-discussion. Because i feel
exactly the same. If a customer wants to make trouble, he shall argue with his
wife or his children. he has no right to put his anger to other people.
He shall better discuss with other people then.
nobody has the right to imagine that other people would have to stand his anger
and complaints and repititive behaviour just because he once has bought
something.

yes - but if he wants to get an answer, he gets it.

it really seems he does not understand.
maybe he has never produced something, never worked in this business.
I have worked my whole life into this business. and i can tell you the normal
customer is not behaving like him.
there are a low % of people who WANT to make trouble. they have maybe a divorce
at home, no friends or whatever psychy problem. when such a guy comes into my
shop or into my area and wants to behave like wild man of borneo, i normally
throw him out of the company. or call the police to throw him out (if he is
bigger than me :-)) .
this is ONE customer less, but i don't WANT customers like him.
if even his wife does not want him, why shall i take him ?!

i do not hurt me. i am in charge for whatever i do. And i stand to whatever i
do. i have always accepted any decisions people do if they don't accept my
behaviour. i remember i once worked into a computerchess company. the boss and i
got into arguments about all kind of stuff and he fired me at least 3 times.
It is the question how much you let other people make a slave out of you.
i have never let anybody influence my life.
and i stand to my decisions.

i don't see your and fernando's statements as attacks.
why should i. you argue sensible, you point out logical. you behave civilized.
and i like you.
why should i react angry.
but there are other people who behave different. since i don't need them, i let
them go and do their life. i don't want to have them as friends. they can go
wherever they want. and they don't have to buy cstal. in fact i hope they don't
buy it. because i would not like it.

thanks for your nice comments.
btw: chris is not allowed to post here. this is the reason only I am talking
here.
