Subject: Should an arbiter be allowed to examine a chessplayer on the loo / john?

In Germany we allegedly have a new case of betrayal with a computer chess
program. After 1999, when allegedly a transmitter was involved and FRITZ, this
time someone went to the loo and instead of sitting straight he _stood_
(allegedly) in parallel [!!!] mode to the WC so that a real physiological
process could not happen. All that was reported by an eager arbiter who looked
under the door and then went into the neighbour cabin and climbed on the WC to
get a better view on the stinking processes.

As usual I made my own thoughts about such incredible aberrant behaviour of an
arbiter!

Would you think that the violation of the privacy of the player was justified in
case of such betrayal? How about TV transmission of such p___ & sh____
processes? Male/ Female? Perhaps all this could attract the masses...

If you have a minimum of German you might read my discussion in
