In this case you have none. Shaun, 1. The last paragraph, as a response to a moderator warning, is out of line. 2. Judging by what you are posting in "CCC and member behavior", you are not taking the warning seriously. For your information, the moderators look at the "case" you are trying to make as ridiculous, and continuing to attack Bob Hyatt as a liar is not what we expect you to do now. 3. The moderators count what is happening this weekend as your 3rd offense. The last time was around Sep. 12, when you received a warning from Bruce. In both of the previous cases, messages written by you, attacking Sep. 12, were deleted. 4. If you have anything further to say on this, say it by private email. We need from you a functioning email address where you can be reached. Amir
