I think that this sytem may lead to agreement between players
and maybe it is done also in soccer.
If 2 players play 2 games they can agree before games that one win the first
game and the second win the second game.
a system when win and loss is better than 2 draws is not good by my opinion.


I think that it is better to change the rules of the game and decide that
there will be no draws.

It is possible to do it by rules to decide who is the winner if no mate is
possible.

It is possible to decide that the side who played the last capture is the winner
if it is not possible to deliver checkmate and if there is no capture
in the game black wins.
