It's funny. Whenever one brings up the issue of material values, somebody always
says "It depends on the position". But what is the idea of the original values
in the first place? It's not to give a perfect and accurate assessment of the
position. On the other hand they're not totally useless. So whatever the
intended use of the original values is, it's the same for some new and improved
values, or some inequations such as the ones above. It's funny how people accept
the 1,3,3,5,9 system, but then as soon as someone asks about the values, the
answer always is "It depends on the position".
I noticed your smiley, so I know that you know :) But I just wanted to share my
thoughts...
