Right, well the chessbase web page that was quoted was a page that had a FAQ icon, which did nothing atall. The rest of the page was blank. I`ve had Fritz 6 for a long while, but haven`t played chess for many years. What I would like to know is is there anything that I can add to the basic program ie games, for study? Also, of the games that are on the CD, what is the method of looking up a particular opening and playing it through? Also, is it possible to update to an earlier version or does it have to be purchase as new? I sent an email to chessbase with these questions and they referred me to their web page, which wasn`t very helpful. Thanks for the replies.
