 I have one addition and some notes on a couple of the books mentioned:
'Winning Pawn Structures' by Baburin. IQP explained in full.
 Nimzowitch 'My System' is dated and contains errors in many examples. You get
better advice by excellent players in 'The Road To Chess Improvement' and Nunns
and Watsons 'Secrets ...' books. Kotovs books have cherry picked games where the
losing side shows poor or no defensive technique.
