If Intel just keeps selling new Pentium 4's, you will be wrong. Granted, HyperThreading isn't all that spectacular right now, but for a first try, it's nice Now think about how good they can make it in 10 years. Another thing: the new CPUs from Intel and AMD are all designed to be cheaper and better to use in an SMP setting. Coincidence? Don't think so. I like being in the situation where whoever of our two is right in 10 years doesn't matter for me, since I run fine on multiprocessors AND singleprocessors. And in the meantime, this Useless Feature certainly is handy during tournaments where I have to play you (or Johan). Har har ;) -- GCP
