Have you looked at the ply, this is if you manage to set the programs up so it
is comparable.
There exist some data for how much a ply is worth. Eg. the Belle test was (from
memory) around 200 elo/ply and a newer from Heinz nearer 100 elo/ply.

I have my doupt when calculating elo with doubling the speed when the gap is too
big. Eg. Playing PocketGrandmaster at 1min/game should be 7*70 of a two
hour/game. Well I don't know the strenght at 2 hour but at 1 min it is around
1000 or less when looking at the game (of course subjective).
