Truth be known when I want a chess engine to analyze a chess a position (mate or
otherwise) I choose YacePdb, Ruffian 1.0.x, crafty, Chessmaster 9000 and others.
Chessmaster is legondary solving mates, but YacePdb and Ruffian can also find
deep mates faster than most.
