In the past the WMCCC has had a wider field and has included just microcomputers. It will be harder to get into the WCCC, and it's open hardware. They sent out an email to a whole bunch of people a while back, but if you want something more official you might want to bug someone from the ICCA if they list a contact on their page. Also, Don Beal posts here sometimes, so you may be able to get his email address that way, if you want to bug him instead. bruce
