It's a priveledge to be a member here, >not a right :-) I dare say it's true that the owners of the server could ban who they choose but, as far as I am aware, it is the moderators who decide who is banned. Correct me if I am wrong but the moderators are elected by the forum members and it would be a coincidence, indeed, if the elected moderators were also the owners of the forum. I don't believe that forum members elect moderators to ban people just for fun.
