It is NOT a draw unless the player (or program), calls it a draw, states/displays or prints, his intention to make the move resulting in the 3 fold repetition, and requests the TD/arbiter to make it official, AND subsequently makes the move resulting in the 3 fold repetition after the draw is approved by the TD/arbiter. If ONLY the fritz GUI knew of the 3 fold rep., and not Jonny, it would be absolutely ludicrous to give Jonny the draw, don't you agree? Dave
