No Here is a game that I played on force mode under winboard when my engine was watching [Event "Edited game"] [Site "F3K9V7"] [Date "2003.12.01"] [Round "-"] [White "-"] [Black "-"] [Result "1/2-1/2"] 1. Nf3 Nf6 2. Ng1 Ng8 3. Nh3 Nh6 4. Ng1 Ng8 {Movei-> Draw by repetition} 1/2-1/2 White cannot force another 3-fold repetition in the next move and movei declares draw by repetition only 4 plies later when I continue the game in force mode.
