Hi Peter,

I believe the most what you wrote is right!

But you must see the combination of my text (point 1, point 2 and point 3). At
the moment you see only point 3 ... point 1 and point 2 standing on the first
positions. I have never said that Ruffian is the number one in the World because
I know that the ChessBase engines Shredder, Fritz, Junior, Hiarcs and Chess
Tiger are very strong. I am sure that Ruffian can hold this playing level but I
am not sure that Ruffian can beat all on different time controls. I know that
TheKing and Sjeng are very strong too but I don't see this engines in a rating
list in front of Ruffian 2.0.0, sorry!

I don't saw that an other available WinBoard engine is stronger as Ruffian 2.0.0
and I as producer of this CD-Rom I can give this information without any
problems because I have no other information. If I have other results (and I
public my results on my own webpages) you have right and cann't say Ruffian is
the strongest WinBoard engines in the World.

Furhtermore, Ruffian played two official tournaments and won both. Ruffian won
all the tournament which are played in the last half year (available on Arena
webpages). All persons know that Ruffian is now one year the strongest free
available WinBoard and UCI engine, isn't it?

Maybe my text is not 100% right (I am sure that my text is to 100% right) and
only this important for me!

I will never say if I see that Sjeng 2.0 is out and Gian-Carlo have written that
Sjeng 2.0 is the strongest available engine ... its wrong or not right. In this
case I would like to buy Sjeng 2.0 and would like to play different tourneys to
see it. If so, Sjeng 2.0 is the strongest engine and in this case I cann't write
Ruffian 2.0 is the strongest available WinBoard engine.

In combination with the word "bullshit" in an official computer chess forum is
the way which Gian-Carlo go not right, meaning without to see my product or to
hold it in there own hand. I am very disappointed about it because I don't like
it to use such words.

All in one:

Frank:

01. Maybe I have to write an other text for this handbook (meaning point 3).

Gian Carlo:

01. Have no possibilities for a court to say such things before he hold the CD
in the own hand.

02. I am sure that no judge in the World like the word "Bullshit" !!

03. To say it 4 weeks after I public the handbook on the same day as the
productiion is ready is not the right way!

With other words:
If a person write me a mail about this text in the last 4 weeks I am absolutly
sure that I changed the text. I am sure with my words but I have no interest to
get problems with other companys or persons.

For me is the text "strongest available WinBoard engines" absolutly right.

Best
Frank
