In this case, it took us (moderators) a little longer than normal to get
together - but we finally did.  We had a couple of issues, including with one
moderator's hard drive crashing, causing him to be out of commission for almost
two weeks.  Trust me, we not moving slow on the handle issue. We had agreed
upfront that any type of banning always requires 3-0 vote.
