In the following answer I gave an example
[http://www.talkchess.com/forums/1/message.html?340574]. I still cannot see, how
to change established protocols. I also described a proposal to an extended FEN
(so called FRC-FEN), see [http://www.rescon.de/Compu/fullchess5_e.html], but was
completly ignored by Winboarders.

Well it already is a hard job to concern on special chess ideas like FRC or
Capablanca's chess. I have no additional energy left for to convince a lot of
people, who do not see any need for a change, because such variants are of no
interest for them. They do not see, that I do not want they to switch e.g. to
FRC, but only to get a usable protocol.
