Hi Uri,

The purpose of the law is not to prevent people from playing the game. It is to
prevent a software giant from coming along and bypassing all of the research and
development investment that was made to determine if the game is playable.

If they pay a nominal fee to offset the research costs, then they are able to
make money off of the intellectual property.

I proved that Capablanca Chess is a win for white. There are too many advantages
to the player that moves first. For example, about half way down
http://www.GothicChess.org/long_answer.html you can see a quick mate for white.

Jeff Mallet of Zillions respects my patent rights, as he will not sell a Gothic
Chess implementation. Jeff and I have had several conversations about Gothic
Chess, so please do not make some far-reaching assumptions then post them here.

If you are not a lawyer, do not dispense legal advice.

I am not a comedian, so I don't try to crack jokes :)

You are allowed to have an opinion, which you have expressed, and you are
entitled to it. But as you mentioned, you are not interested in this game, so
why make so much noise?
