So...to summarize what people have been saying:

1.) Definitely make it authors-only, but allow commercial programs, if they so
deign to play among us.

2.) Come up with a way to make it available at both a good american time and a
good European time.

As for my schedule, I'm able to do it most any time on the weekends. I'm tempted
to make it at the same time as ICC's lousy (C) events, but I'll refrain. So here
id my proposal: Fridays at 7 pm GMT (2 pm EST) 5 rounds swiss, 15 0. And
Saturdays, something like 5 pm EST, same format. One week we'll do the Friday
tournament, the next we'll do the Saturday tournament. What do you all think?
