As a general rule, when something like this happens it usually is "operator error." You likely have inadvertently done something incorrectly. Contact the ICC help staff and find out what you did wrong. Then try again and follow their instructions to the letter. Incidentally, you do not have to use Windows to play on ICC. Obviously, if you wish to often do the things for which membership is required, then you will have to bite the bullet and cough up the membership dues. It's not all that much money if you plan to use the services. Bob D.
