No

There may be 99% who do not want to edit configuration files but
I do not believe there are 90% who cannot edit configuration files.

There may be 90% who do not know today how to do it(I am more optimistic about
the knowledge of people) but I am quiet sure that every person who has IQ that
is higher than 70 can edit configuration file.

The numbers that Vincent gave that 90% will be unable to do it even if you show
them a video are simply insulting the customers and I do not want to buy
products from a person who says that 90% of his customers are morons.
