Yes there are many ways to win, but I'd choose 35.Rd5! as it follows the maxim,
when it applies, reduce and simplify.

The Rook exchange is most interesting and computers give a bigger plus for White
with Rd5!..Kf8 36.Rb5!! when entered manually, and Black may as well throw in
the towel.
I'm almost certain Adams analized this ending, even before 31.Rxb4!
