I have no objection to the possibility that every program will use the best
hardware that it can use but you know that it is not the case in WCCC.

If Crafty can use bigger hardware than the commercial programs I have no
objection that it gets it.

Bob says that he had not enough time to get 8 opterons but it is also possible
that the commercial programs could also use 8 opteron if they only could get the
hardware that bob wanted so it is not clear to me that Crafty was handicapped
relative to the commercial programs by not using 8 opterons.
