I understand what you are saying. It is not so pleasant to learn that Hitler and Nazis were Jewish in fact, and yours truly is a "lying Jewish bastard", as called by a notorious member who wreaked havoc to rgcc before coming to CTF. But I don't understand this sudden "holy war" against CTF. There are two arguments: 1. I don't want to support CTF by donating to CCC 2. I don't want to be associated with CTF by donating to CCC But none of these arguments hold water: 1. I don't want to support CTF by donating to CCC As mentioned in other posts, maintaining CTF incurs only small additional costs, and those costs are already covered by donations originating from CTF. 2. I don't want to be associated with CTF by donating to CCC By taking that meaning of "associated with CTF", you are already "associated with CTF", by being a member of CCC and posting to CCC. So your donation to CCC doesn't change your "association" status. So the question of whether CTF is needed or not, has nothing to do with CCC donations. It is a seperate discussion, and is apparently brought up here only by people who have no intention of donating to CCC anyway (reminds me of some of the complaints of programmers who had no intention to participate in WCCC to begin with). Back to the question of whether CTF is good or not, I would say that despite some of those people who should be kicked out of there, there are many people there who you enjoy discussing various issues with. > >cheers > martin
