Whenever you replace an entry, you stand to lose information.  The farther out
the "hash pv" you go, the more likely it is that those entries were overwritten
by searches with different remaining depths, leaving wrong best moves.

Simple overwriting because sometimes you overwrite with a greater draft, which
_still_ puts the wrong move in the PV...
