Do you mean white Rooks at g6 and g7? Because if they are on g7 and h7 that's obviously a mate in one. My engine Schola doesn't report a draw score here until the repetition has actually been played once through, though it does end up getting the draw, so I probably need to add a similar mechanism to the one you suggest.
