Sorry.  I just gave a vague description.  The idea is to trap the black king
with the two white rooks, but with black having enough material so that white
wants a draw.  For example put a couple of black rooks at f8/e8 so that there is
no mate and add another black piece or two so that the computer will believe
black is winning and go for the perp.
