I have to concur.  I'm not even sure they could do it today.  Kasparov & Kramnik
both failed against 4-way Xeons.  A 4-way Opteron is quite a bit faster.  Next
year we will sell 32-way 3.6GHz Xeons.  I don't think I'd have my money on the
human against such a machine.
