Also, at the present price ($14.95) it's a great deal. I paid $24.95 back in March 2002, and I believe the price has been as high as $29.95 at some point in its life. Having said all that, I just upgraded to a new Tungsten T3 from my old Palm IIIc, and have been trying for a week now to get a new license key, but have had no response from Chess Tiger support. From old posts here, on r.g.c.c and on Handango's reviews, it appears that getting a new key really *shouldn't* be a big deal.. The last thing I want to do is to start bad-mouthing Christophe on the Palm software sites.. as a former email-chess organization staff member I know how flaky email can be. So if anyone can confirm that the support@chesstiger.com is being read/responded to, that'd be great.. thanks, Andy Cross
