Just wanted to follow-up my own message, in case it's pulled out of the archives at some later date.. I suspect that new registrations for Chess Tiger were being processed automatically, but for special inquiries, the support address was only being answered occasionally (or perhaps Christophe has been away). So I just wanted to confirm that the Tiger support team is responding to questions, and you can buy in confidence.
