Well, I never cast the "blame" on anyone, be it ICC or Convekta. Both are
responsible to some degree for the ICC support being discontinued. As for
"flushing" something out, all I have done is make some reasonable conjectures.

We can speculate about why the ad copy was written the way it was. But I know
for a fact that their are no native English speakers working for Convekta. I
don't know whether it has any bearing on the current controversy, but it
certainly could have been a contributing factor.

Incidentally, the poster that started this thread forgot to mention that while
Convekta recommended he upgrade to fix his problem (I still don't know if this
will be the case), he was offered a refund as well. This is according to an
e-mail that he forwarded to me. I have not yet heard from Convekta on this
issue. But in any case, it shows a certain willingness to accomodate the user.
