Although the Berlin Pro is running on an old 68020, this processor is a 32bit one and quite "chess efficient". I think the Star Diamond is running on a (Steve B will correct me if I am wrong) 16bit RISC Style processor not so efficient. Also the Berlin Pro has 1MB of hash tables and a very Strong Richard Lang program. The London Pro update adds maybe another 50 ELO to this and is very noticeable. I am running a game in 60 test with a London Pro V Genius 68030 and the score is running at 3.5-3.5. Best Clive
